1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of GP3 & Associates LLC, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

GP3 & Associates provides business consulting services including but not limited to:

• Business plan development and strategy
• Legal structure and paperwork assistance
• Personal mentorship and coaching
• Market research and analysis
• Launch strategy and implementation

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Participate actively in the consulting process
• Make timely payments for services rendered
• Respect confidentiality agreements
• Follow through on agreed-upon action items

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services and additional fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business details. Similarly, clients agree to maintain confidentiality regarding our proprietary methods, processes, and business strategies.

6. Limitation of Liability

GP3 & Associates provides consulting services and advice based on our experience and expertise. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, methodologies, and intellectual property developed by GP3 & Associates remain our property. Clients receive a license to use materials specifically created for their project but may not redistribute or resell our proprietary content.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the consulting relationship with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due, and confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Greensboro, NC.
