Born and raised in North Carolina, GP's journey began with a passion for helping people and a drive to challenge traditional thinking. In 2009, he launched Open Arms Treatment Center, a Medicaid-funded behavioral health agency that continues to serve adults through substance abuse and mental health programs. That experience laid the foundation for what would become his signature consulting style — one that combines heart, strategy, and innovation.

As GP's business portfolio grew, so did his mission. He founded GP3 & Associates to guide new entrepreneurs through the challenges of starting and scaling a business. His expertise spans everything from business structure and operations to automation, and AI integration.
