Garvey Presley III is a strategist and founder of GP3 & Associates, known for transforming ideas into profitable, sustainable businesses. With more than 17 years of experience across behavioral health, logistics, education, and technology, he has built a reputation for helping others unlock their potential and turn purpose into income.
Born and raised in North Carolina, his journey began with a passion for helping people and a drive to challenge traditional thinking. In 2009, he launched Open Arms Treatment Center, a Medicaid-funded behavioral health agency that continues to serve adults through substance abuse and mental health programs. That experience laid the foundation for what would become the signature GP3 & Associates consulting approach — one that combines heart, strategy, and innovation.
As the business portfolio grew, so did the mission. GP3 & Associates was founded to guide new entrepreneurs through the challenges of starting and scaling a business. The firm's expertise spans everything from business structure and operations to automation and AI integration.
